Home farm Cottage A traditional stone built farm cottage close to the main house, this accommodation can sleep up to eight people.

This spacious cottage has plenty of room for families or sharers, there are 4 bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs. On the level ground floor there are two reception rooms, one with a wood burning stove,  and the other a cosy sitting-room for watching television, the large farmhouse kitchen has a pine table and chairs, dishwasher, microwave  and a fridge freezer,  in the utility room next to it is a washing machine and a tumble dryer, plenty of room for wet coats and wellies and through here is the downstairs WC . Out side is small enclosed private garden.

1 x double bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms and 1 x single bedroom plus pull-out bed

Well behaved dogs are welcome in Home Farm Cottage (owners have dogs ) there is no extra charge.

Duvets, linen and towels provided. Each cottage has: duvets with linen and towels. Dishwasher tablets, washing powder, kitchen paper towel. Toilet rolls, hair dryer, assortment of games and books, bbq and charcoal. Electricity, full gas CH and hot water included,  logs supplied for woodburner.

Tariff
Low Season £580 per week/ £415 for midweek/ weekend breaks
Mid Season £650 per week/ £465 for midweek/ weekend breaks
High   Season £720 per week/ £515 for midweek/ weekend breaks

Please add £7.50 per person for Breakfast in the Farmhouse.

There is a winter fuel supplement of £30 per week  from October- April

Family Rooms

This cottage can also be booked for Family Bed and Breakfast, each room has a TV/DVD and tea/coffee making facilities. This would be with sole use of family bathroom and one reception room. ( Not with full use of all facilities )

Prices from £130 per night for family of four in one double and one twin room,               ie  2 adults and 2 children under 16yrs.
