Biddestone is surrounded by the market towns of Corsham, Melksham,
Bradford on Avon and Malmesbury and only 8 miles from the world
famous Regency City of Bath with its
wonderful Georgian architecture and ancient Roman baths.
There are many local places of interest including the National
Trust Village of Lacock where Pride and
Prejudice was filmed and Castle Coombe,
scene of Doctor Doolittle and one of England's loveliest villages.
Bowood House, Westonbirt Arboretum and Corsham
Court are nearby and within an hour are Avebury,
Stonehenge, Cheddar, Wookey Hole and Bristol.
