Bookings can be made directly through our website or by contacting us. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to forfeiture of deposit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and additional charges.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care you would your own.
Pets are welcome in the annexe by prior arrangement only. Additional cleaning charges may apply. Pets are not permitted in the main house.
Home Farm B&B is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Free off-road parking is available for all guests. Please park considerately to allow access for other vehicles.
